Foundational strength (squats, lunges, presses, deadlifts)
Beginner gymnastics & body control
Teamwork through partner and group challenges
Confidence through effort, progress, and small wins
Most kids programs are chaos or babysitting.
This is structured coaching with purpose:
Movement-first (not random workouts)
Confidence built through progression
A balance of fun and discipline
Each month builds on the last:
Foundations & Movement Quality
Agility, Balance & Coordination
Strength + Coordination
Every 45-minute session includes:
Warm-up game (fun + movement)
Skill of the day (learning & practice)
Workout or stations (applied effort)
“Win of the Day” reflection (confidence builder)
👉 Kids leave knowing what they did, what they improved, and feeling proud.
$99/month — 2 classes per week
2nd child: 15% off
3rd child: 50% off
