No experience needed. Every child is coached at their level.

  • Strength + Coordination

What a Class Looks Like

Every 45-minute session includes:

  • Warm-up game (fun + movement)

  • Skill of the day (learning & practice)

  • Workout or stations (applied effort)

  • “Win of the Day” reflection (confidence builder)

👉 Kids leave knowing what they did, what they improved, and feeling proud.
