8 Weeks to a Stronger, Faster, More Resilient Athlete
June 23rd-August 14th 2x a week every Monday & Thursday from 4-5pm
This summer, give your athlete the edge they need to dominate next season—safely, confidently, and with a purpose.
Our 8-week High School Strength & Conditioning Program is built around a proven training model called Post-Activation Potentiation (P.A.P.), a performance-focused method used by top collegiate and professional strength coaches. It’s designed to maximize speed, power, and overall athleticism—not just build muscle.
What is P.A.P.?
P.A.P. pairs strength movements with explosive, sport-specific exercises. For example, an athlete might perform a squat, then immediately follow it with a vertical jump or sled sprint. This technique “primes” the nervous system so the body can recruit more muscle fibers in less time—leading to faster reaction times, more explosive movement, and stronger lifts.
In simple terms: Lift heavy. Move fast. Build athletes.
Why It Works
Increases neuromuscular efficiency
Improves acceleration, jumping, and change of direction
Builds foundational strength while reinforcing speed and agility
Trains the body to produce more force in less time
Reduces injury risk through smart, progressive programming
This isn’t about bodybuilding or random circuits. It's performance-based training built to support real athletic development—no matter the sport.
What Your Athlete Gets
Certified, experienced coaching in a small group setting
Structured programming built around athletic seasons and demands
Emphasis on proper mechanics, posture, and movement quality
A positive, disciplined training environment that promotes confidence and accountability
Tools to show up to tryouts, pre-season, or camps in peak form
For Parents: Why It Matters
Injury rates are skyrocketing in youth sports due to overuse and under-preparation. Most kids are playing year-round without ever developing the strength, mobility, and movement patterns needed to stay healthy.
This program builds the physical foundation your athlete needs to perform and stay in the game—whether they're a standout or just starting out.
