A functional fitness + confidence-building program for kids ages 8–12.
What is SFP Kids?
SFP Kids is a fun, structured strength and conditioning program created to help children develop:
✅ Strength & coordination
✅ Balance, agility, & endurance
✅ Confidence, focus, & resilience
✅ Teamwork, sportsmanship, & communication
Every class blends fitness with FUN — mini workouts, obstacle courses, games, relay challenges, and skill development.
We don’t train kids to be the best in the room.
We teach them to feel confident in any room.
Program Details
🗓️ Days: Mondays & Thursdays at 5:00 PM
⏱️ Class Length: 45 minutes
👟 Ages: 8–12
📍 Location: Salt Fitness Project — Manasquan, NJ
Kids will learn:
Squats, lunges, presses, deadlifts (using dumbbells/kettlebells)
Basic gymnastics positions & bar drills
Partner/team movement (medicine ball drills, etc.)
Fun challenges and finishers to build grit and resilience

No experience needed — every movement is scaled to the child.

Kids train in a dedicated section of the gym, always supervised.
Bathroom trips require a coach escort
Equipment is used only with permission
