SALT KIDS
Salt Kids is a youth fitness program for ages 8–12 focused on building confidence, coordination, strength, teamwork, and healthy habits through fun, structured movement. Classes are held Mondays & Thursdays from 5-6PM in a supportive and encouraging environment designed to help kids grow both inside and outside the gym.
SALT TEENS
Our adult CrossFit classes designed for advanced youth athletes ages 12-17 who are ready for more structured strength and conditioning training. Teens participate in our coached adult classes with appropriate guidance and modifications, helping them build strength, confidence, discipline, and long-term athletic development in a supportive community environment.
